Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to drive the implementation and optimization of our D365 platform across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
System Governance & Configuration: Manage the D365 F&O environment to ensure stability and scalability. Coordinate functional configuration of modules, including parameters, workflows, security roles, and business rules. Manage system updates and feature rollouts.
Integration Management: Design and support integrations between D365, Add-ins, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., HRIS, data warehouse) ensuring data integrity and performance.
Support & Optimization: Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and conduct root cause analysis. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve reliability and user experience.
Security & Compliance: Administer user roles and permissions within D365 F&O. Ensure compliance with internal controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
Strategy & Documentation: Translate operational needs into technical requirements and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and change management. Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap updates to recommend value-added enhancements.
Training: Develop training materials and promote knowledge sharing to build internal expertise.
