• Lead requirements gathering sessions to determine business and technology needs
• Provide support for ongoing projects within Life and Annuity technology divisions
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation of policy administration systems
• Maintain and support Life Insurance and Annuity policy administration systems
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables

• Minimum of 7 years of IT experience
• At least 5 years of lead business analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting Life Insurance and/or Annuity policy administration systems
• 8+ years of experience working within Financial Services, specifically in Wealth Management or Insurance
• Strong understanding of systems such as Vantage, Vantage One, Cyberlife, Life Comm, or Life

• Experience with New Business Accelerator (NBA) or illustration systems
• Familiarity with mainframe-based systems
