* Location:

** Hybrid preferred in Cedar Rapids, IA;
Denver, CO; or Philadelphia, PA. Remote considered for the right candidate.
* Design and lead secure solution architectures across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security initiatives.
* Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, implementable security solutions.
* Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews, and architecture assessments.
* Develop security controls for identity and access management, privileged access management, secrets management, cloud security, application security, and software supply chain security.
* Create architecture documentation, design recommendations, risk assessments, and decision records.
* Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with approved architecture standards.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and operations teams.
* Support architecture governance processes and provide guidance on security best practices.
* Mentor architects and engineers on secure design principles and emerging security technologies.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, or related technology disciplines.
* Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.
* Strong knowledge of security architecture across applications, infrastructure, cloud, integrations, and operations.
* Hands-on experience with Cyber Ark (strongly preferred), including privileged access management, credential vaulting, session management, and access controls.
* Experience with secrets management solutions such as Cyber Ark Conjur or Hashi Corp Vault.
* Working knowledge of identity platforms including Okta, Ping One, and SailPoint.
* Experience with Windows, Linux, databases, cloud environments, APIs, and secure software development practices.
* Strong understanding of threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
* Advanced Cyber Ark administration and integration experience.
* AWS security architecture experience.
* Experience designing security controls for AI and large language model (LLM) solutions.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Cyber Ark Defender, or Cyber Ark Sentry.
* Strong architectural and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to balance security, business, and operational requirements while delivering practical solutions.
* Experience working across multiple technical domains in a large enterprise environment.
