Virtualization  Servers ,clients ,networking, storage, backup , AI and DSOP tools You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team    You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.    You will assist in driving escalations to resolution. You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)   You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets.

You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned. Provide Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams. What YOU will Learn:
You will foster relationships with your DT peers across the domestic US. You will learn how to communicate effectively to Engineering leadership. You will learn how to provide ROI based on project performance.  You will learn how to apply your knowledge and personal skills to shape projects that have a loose set of requirements. Qualifications you must have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Active Clearance is required. Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, secure environment.

Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, VDI, WMS, Horizon, VCF9 etc.)  Linux Systems Administration  Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)  IAT Level II certification (ex. Sec+)  Skills We Value:
