• Manage complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.

• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes while minimizing risk through proactive counseling.

• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination status required.
