Competitive compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

• Research, draft, and argue motions and pleadings.
• Design creative legal strategies for restructuring, tax, and asset protection.
• Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Guide and collaborate with associates and professional staff.

• 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or commercial law.
• Proven record with Chapter 11 or Chapter 12 cases (or comparable experience).
• Strong understanding of ag and business law, finance, and taxation.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
