Responsibilities
- Provide direct management activities and guidance for end-to-end platform, capability or strategic initiatives that will include some to all the following:
Project leadership, strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of results. - Communicate goals based on organizational objectives tied to strategic vision; assist staff in setting goals and developing performance measures.
- Research and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative and transformational solutions. Guide teams to overcome obstacles and explore the best possible solutions from various stakeholder and/or system perspectives.
- Act as a change agent and strive to build unity across business groups.
- Partner with existing individuals and teams throughout the organization to create a cohesive network of working groups comprised of subject matter experts and stakeholders who are focused on positive outcomes and relationships for the entire organization.
- Translate business needs into system requirements documentation and explain to the end user in an easy to understand way.
- Recommend improvements across all aspects of operating model - re-design of organizational structure, process efficiencies and technology enhancements.
- Identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement and report findings in a simple, compelling way.
- Provide opportunities for knowledge transfer through training and development of others in areas such as operational excellence and productivity improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
