The Manager, External Reporting is responsible for managing the preparation and coordination of the Company’s SEC filings. This individual will lead the day-to-day execution of the SEC reporting process, including the preparation and review of financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and other required disclosures, to support timely and accurate filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. This role will research and evaluate financial reporting and disclosure requirements, support the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures, and identify opportunities to enhance disclosures and improve reporting processes.
Job Description Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end preparation and coordination of SEC filings, including quarterly and annual financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Oversee external reporting calendars, disclosure checklists, and filing timelines to ensure reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and partner with stakeholders across the organization to support the external reporting process.
