Wabtec is seeking a Principal, Validation Operations and Strategic Initiatives to lead operational excellence within the Product Verification organization in Cedar Rapids. You will establish KPIs, drive AI and automation roadmaps, manage CAPA processes, and optimize resource planning.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Product Verification and partners with engineering, quality, program management and functional leaders to improve quality, productivity and delivery performance.
