Rental Yard Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring equipment is ready and safe for our customers as we support America’s construction projects.

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and the work area using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it is delivered to customers.
• Inspect all rental equipment for damage and report any damage according to established procedure.
• Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for periods up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0–2 years of experience.

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
