** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Operate equipment in enzyme production areas to ensure efficient manufacturing
* Monitor processes and adjust parameters to maintain quality standards
* Collaborate with engineers to optimize production and troubleshoot issues
* Work with Delta V process control system for accurate operations
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Document operational data and report deviations promptly
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High School Diploma/GED
** required
* ** A.A./B.S. or related degree in a scientific or technical field **(preferred)
*** 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment
* Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with MS Office suite
* Strong team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
* Ability to lift 55 pounds
* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
* Experience with Delta V process control systems
* Knowledge of enzyme manufacturing processes
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
