Stone Installer; 1st & 2nd Shift

Overview

We are seeking two ambitious individuals who can work well with others and are eager to learn new skills. Not only do you need to be able to learn new skills, but you will need to retain and apply the previous knowledge acquired.

• The ideal candidates will be organized, possess a positive work ethic, technical and communication skills.
• The successful candidates will be capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting strict deadlines with effective time management and have the most important ability — AVAILABILITY.
• If you possess and apply these skills mentioned in the previous paragraph early in your employment, it will reflect in their wage.
• You must have solid work longevity.
• Ability to drive to work, have your own vehicle and a valid driver s license: Cedar Rapids, IA 52409 (Required)

• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to promote workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials as required by the job duties.
• Other duties as need and delegated by management

• First Shift: From 7am to 3pm (
  Extra hours ARE COMMON
  )
• Second Shift: From 2pm to 11pm/12am
