CIP Operator: Clean-In-Place Quality; Shift

Position: CIP Operator: Clean-In-Place for Quality (12h Shift)
* Set Up Pipes
* Set up Pig Launchers
* Attach and Tighten Clamps
* Shoot Pig
* Take Titration samples
* Clean kettles inside and out and work area
* Other duties as assigned
* Set Up Blender
* Assist with changeover
* 12 Hour Alternate Work Schedule
* Must be able to comprehend detailed cleaning processes and operate automated system while working safely around chemicals.
* Must work safely around steam and boiling product.
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once using good organizational skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectively.
* Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures.
* Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
* Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
* Must have basic knowledge in equipment care and maintenance.
* Must be able to perform well under stress
* Working conditions include extremes of hot and cold temperatures
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
