Lesaffre's Biospringer team in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Production Supervisor
- Nights to lead the Process and Drying operations on a 12-hour night shift (5 PM–5 AM). You will ensure product quality, enforce GMP and HACCP, and coordinate with the Production Manager to meet safety and production targets.
You will oversee operators, review control sheets, perform basic maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and food safety standards.
