Production Operator

Role Summary The Production Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of products in alignment with customer requirements and production schedules. This role is critical to the company’s profitable growth, as reliable execution of the production plan ensures products are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Through disciplined execution, attendance reliability, continuous improvement focus, and commitment to team performance, the Production Operator directly impacts operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions Safe & Quality Production Produce products safely while adhering to established quality standards and customer specifications.

Complete required inspection checks to ensure all products meet customer print requirements prior to shipment.

Maintain a Quality QPPM score of no more than 400.Production Efficiency Achieve and maintain a minimum production efficiency rate of 95%.Follow established work instructions and production schedules to ensure reliable output.

Attendance & Reliability Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support production schedules and shipment commitments.

Report to assigned shifts as scheduled to ensure team continuity and performance.

Safety Compliance Maintain zero safety incidents through adherence to safety protocols.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Participate in daily stretch activities during working hours.

Continuous Improvement & Team Commitment Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to daily challenges.

Demonstrate core values and core behaviors through teamwork and accountability.

Physical Requirements Work is performed in a production environment that may include exposure to machinery and varying noise levels. Physical requirements, to perform the essential job functions include:

Standing for extended periods of time Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate equipment and handle product/materials

Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds

Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
