As a leader within our company, the Marketing Director is critical to our long‑term success. This person will be responsible for developing and inspiring members of the Marketing Team and delivering excellent results for clients. They will work directly with clients to gather requirements, learn their business, understand their challenges, and facilitate the team to develop a marketing strategy that achieves client goals.

This role also oversees and executes the company’s internal marketing strategy to drive leads and support revenue growth.

Additionally, this role plays a key part in supporting the Business Growth Team with estimate development to ensure accurate scoping and alignment between marketing deliverables and client needs. This person will be expected to continuously identify opportunities to evolve our strategies, improve efficiency, and explore tools like AI to enhance team performance, effectiveness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads, manages, and creates accountability on the Marketing Team.
  • Establishes timelines for projects and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Creates strategies and plans for client projects and assigns deliverables to team members.
  • Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches for clients and the company.
  • Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability through process improvement, team workflows, and strategic use of tools such as AI; ensures the agency remains effective, efficient, and evolving in its approach.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services relevant to our industry.
  • Collaborates with the Business Growth Team to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing‑related aspects of the company’s web presence.
  • Collaborates with the Media Team to create and produce media projects for clients and the company.
  • Executes the Informatics strategic brand vision, translating it into actionable marketing initiatives that drive results.
  • Leads the team in developing and expanding client and company presences across social media, email, digital advertising, and other channels.
  • Holds the team accountable for execution and performance, using data‑driven insights to revise efforts and ensure marketing activities contribute meaningfully to business objectives.
  • Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in marketing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
