Key Accountabilities:
Ensure marketing initiatives promote employee awareness of company information and activities.
Recommend and support the best methods and types of marketing or communication tools to reinforce key messages.
Utilize creative concepts and writing skills to effectively market programs or solutions to employees and customers while reinforcing the company brand.
Support planned marketing activities for internal and external customers, incorporating relevant subject matter into communications.
Ensure marketing and communications activities meet internal customers’ timing and objectives, considering potential impacts on other planned communications.
Apply various marketing strategies to successfully engage the target audience.
Participate in community events to enhance the company's reputation and brand presence.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related area (preferred).
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical or professional experience in marketing or communications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer software programs (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools).
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to bring marketing ideas from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with event management and sponsor ships.
- Understanding of short and long-term marketing plan development, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment.
