• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in condition and report appropriately.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain detailed documentation.
• Provide compassionate care to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

• An unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate, or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa accredited CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the high standard of care expected at Harmony Cedar Rapids.
