Responsibilities- Perform physical exams, initial patient assessments, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the behavioral health team.
- Practice independently within legal standards, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- Licensure in the state and DEA certification.
- Experience with mental health and a current X‑waiver for prescribing Suboxone.
