QA/QC Manager – Electrical (Mission-Critical Data Centers)

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager with data center experience on the electrical side to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure quality, safety, and compliance across mission-critical projects, while driving excellence in electrical construction delivery.

• Lead QA/QC processes for large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center electrical projects
• Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection protocols, and testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and client-specific standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues proactively
• Conduct audits, review submittals, and manage documentation for electrical systems
• Mentor and train project teams on QA/QC best practices
• Partner with safety and operations leadership to maintain a zero-defect, zero-incident culture

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience
  , 5+ years in mission-critical/data center projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commissioning processes
• Proven track record managing QA/QC programs for large-scale electrical scopes
• Certifications such as PMP, STSC, OSHA 30 are a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
