Crimson Blu Residential Property Inspector in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks motivated independent contractors to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections. You control your schedule, travel to properties, and communicate with homeowners using our mobile app.
This is a 1099 role paid per completed inspection with the option to build your own route and work with other clients. Availability is daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, with payments made monthly for inspections
