• At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management; prior Restaurant General Manager experience is a strong plus.
• Ownership of restaurant performance, including guest experience, team development, and operational results.
• Proficiency in back‑of‑house systems, P&L management, and performance reviews.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members into future leaders.
• Identifying and developing talent by preparing high performers for promotion and recognizing exceptional contributions.
• Following operational and inventory control procedures to support smooth, efficient restaurant operations.
• Driving restaurant success through scheduling, labor management, expense tracking, and local marketing efforts.
• Leading with a culture of food safety that meets company standards for quality, safety practices, and cleanliness.
• Working a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to meet business needs.
• Meeting physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks.
• Obtaining and maintaining required food safety licenses or certifications.
• Holding a valid driver’s license; occasional driving may be necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay Range: USD $57,000.00 - USD $67,000.00 /Yr.
Location: 310 Collins Rd, Cedar Rapids, IA
