Join the magic behind our legendary pies in Cedar Rapids, IA.

$18-$21/hour with base wage and tips + free shift slices.

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to craft one heck of a pizza pie. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Ian's Pizza are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

No experience required, though dough-stretching or pizza cook experience is a huge plus!

• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

We're open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-8pm. Shifts are typically scheduled from 10am-4pm for lunch, 3pm-9pm for dinner, or double shift from 10am-9pm.

Our biggest need right now is for Tuesday-Thursday from 3-9pm and Fridays 10am-9pm ideal. Part time hours available, full time for open availability and willingness to cross train to FOH.
