As a Freight Flow Lead, you will have a direct impact on both the execution of brand standards and the teammate experience. Working with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will be the in‑store expert of your department, focused on delivering customer service excellence and providing direction to teammates as their immediate point of contact and coach.
Responsibilities- Support building and hiring a strong team by observing in‑store interviews and department tours.
- Build a people‑first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store, fostering trust and respect.
- Plan, organize and control 30‑day ahead operations, aligning workforce and resources to execute daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.
- Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority.
- Assist store leadership with general supervision, including opening and closing duties, front‑end and cash office functions, and compliance with firearm sales regulations where applicable.
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment guidelines.
- Assist with training teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding and cross‑training.
- Prioritize coaching and development of teammates, providing hands‑on coaching and explaining the rationale behind tasks and processes.
- Lead by example to support the vision of the organization and store, helping teammates understand how their responsibilities align with company goals.
- Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information.

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience or customer‑focused experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–50 lbs. repetitively up to 25 times per hour.
- Capability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. intermittently (up to 15 times per hour) with assistance or manual lifting equipment.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial device or platform.
