Day to day as a Rental Sales RepresentativeYou’ll take the lead in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, using our CRM platform to enhance every interaction. Your knack for uncovering rental opportunities means you’ll ask insightful questions and inspect job sites, ensuring that you not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You’ll creatively solve problems and overcome objections, making it easier for clients to do business with you. From generating quotes and negotiating terms to coordinating pick‑up and return dates, you’ll assist in the rental process seamlessly.
With a focus on proactive communication, you’ll foster loyalty through timely follow‑ups and feedback, ensuring customers feel valued.
Strong communication, detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset, confidence, assertiveness, curiosity, positive attitude, and creativity are essential. Ability to connect with customers and actively listen, manage rental agreements and documentation accurately, think outside the box when encountering challenges, close sales effectively and maintain a proactive approach in nurturing customer relationships.
