PayBase pay: $/yr – $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Additional compensation includes annual bonus and commission. Commission‑based compensation (1099).
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
- Thrive in a lead‑driven environment with no cold calling.
- Self‑motivated individuals with a results‑driven mindset.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
