You'll be:

• Joining the Cedar Rapids Community Outreach team with onsite visits, initial sales calls, and ongoing relationships in all chartered counties.
• Assisting with credit union growth by increasing membership and member deposits and loans.
• Managing ongoing relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Onboarding new members in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Identifying existing member and new member needs with a focus on deepening relationships by looking for ways to increase the average number of products per member.
• Generating leads with the intent to grow your book of business with support from the team.
• Proficient in reading credit reports with the ability to identify loan referrals.
• Developing an understanding of credit union products and services with the ability to make a qualified sales referral to subject matter experts.
• Assisting in creating and delivering presentations with the intent of educating, while promoting Dupaco products and services.
• Having a general understanding of technology utilized to enhance business and member relationships including tracking sales calls, visits, and presentations with current and prospective contacts.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

You'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be a self-starter with high energy and motivation.
• Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions with a thorough knowledge and understanding in credit union policies and procedures.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on understanding of financial industry regulations.
• Ability to travel to various sites.
