Job Description Blitz Marketing is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on sales experience, develop valuable business skills, and earn performance-based income.

No previous sales experience is required.

This is a travel-based position, with representatives working primarily throughout the Upper Midwest. Eligible team members receive company-provided housing and covered travel expenses during qualifying work assignments.

Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door sales.

Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers.

Build relationships with customers and identify their needs.

Develop strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing the company.

Compensation and Benefits
100% Commission-Based Compensation | Average Earnings: $10,000–$50,000

This position is compensated entirely through commissions earned on qualifying sales. Earnings vary based on individual performance, sales volume, and applicable commission terms. There is no guaranteed base salary.
