Service Advisor

Full-time | Onsite | Monday-Friday

Be the link between our customers and our shop, and own part of the company too. We're growing, and we're adding another Service Advisor to our Cedar Rapids team. When a customer's machine needs repair, you're their go-to person: you explain what's wrong, send the quote, keep the shop on schedule, and get them back to work. Rexco is 100% employee-owned and runs on open-book management, so you'll see in real time how your work moves our numbers, and this role comes with bonus potential.

Full-time | Onsite | Monday-Friday

• Take care of customers. Gather details on equipment problems, build estimates, and send quotes with photos by text or email through Modern. Then follow up by phone.
• Keep the shop moving. Schedule technicians, track work order progress, and coordinate equipment pickup and delivery.
• Build relationships. Follow up with customers, recommend additional repairs, and share service promotions.
• Own your numbers. Forecast service sales at weekly Branch Huddles. We'll teach you how your decisions drive shop efficiency and revenue.

• Strong customer service skills, including comfort sharing good news and bad news
• Organization and the ability to juggle several jobs at once
• Good working relationships with technicians and coworkers
• Comfort working in multiple computer systems, including Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of service, parts, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required. Will train the right individual.
