Our client is a respected and professional granite supplier in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join their dynamic team.

The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong background in construction and installation techniques, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate installation activities on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform various installation tasks including caulking, masonry, trim carpentry, and tile laying.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Train and mentor junior installers in best practices and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used.
• Maintain company vehicle(s) and tools

• Strong skills in caulking, masonry, carpentry, and trim carpentry.
• Experience in restoring structures or installations to meet design specifications.
• Knowledgeable in tile laying techniques for various surfaces.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals.
