SUMMARYMortenson is currently seeking a Laborer Journeyman.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Load and unload equipment
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging
- Level ground for scaffolding
- Tend mortar and grout
- Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets
- General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris
- Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete
- Vibrate concrete
- Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers and Apprentice
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- All other duties as assigned
- Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.

The base pay range for this role is $28.33 per hour.
