Thompson Solutions Group, part of Thompson Tire & Retread, a local family‑owned full‑service tire business serving customers in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, and Davenport, Iowa. We provide commercial tire services, including preventive maintenance, installation, repair, alignment, and 24/7 roadside assistance.

• Perform preventive maintenance and services on customer vehicles, including installation, repair, and alignment of tires.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment to complete work safely and communicate safety and equipment concerns to the Service Manager.
• Complete rotational on‑call work, including nights, weekends, and emergency road services.
• Drive company vehicles when needed, adhering to company and DOT safety requirements.
• Check work for accuracy, assisting other team members as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain a safe environment.

Tire or mechanical experience is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to learn are essential.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Physical demands: medium – lifting 10 to 100 pounds when required.
