• Install and service residential solar systems and perform main panel upgrades safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate utility disconnects and final connections to ensure smooth project completion.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes

• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and customers to deliver an exceptional installation experience.
• Maintain detailed records of materials, installation steps, and safety checks.

• Valid Iowa Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
• Proven experience with solar installations and panel upgrades
