• Guide the development and maintenance of software according to organizational needs

• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Provide technical guidance and foster the growth of less experienced developers
• Communicate technical concepts across teams to meet business goals

• Minimum of 6 years of Policy Center development experience
• At least 10 years of software development experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Version Control Software
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing multi-tiered architectures
• High School diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s or higher degree in computer science or related field preferred

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Insurance industry experience
• Commitment to ongoing professional education
