The Distributed Service Center (DSC) provides Level 2 operational support for enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, production support, service restoration, escalation coordination, and maintaining operational stability across supported technologies.

• Experience working in high-pressure situations, such as Tech Lines and RCA calls, is recommended.
• Seeking a self-starter who is motivated to learn our complex environment.
• Knowledge of Service Now is preferred.
