Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is immediately hiring full‑time Warehouse Material Handlers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.00 per hour
• Additional Pay $2.00 per hour
• Sign‑on Bonus: $275 at 30 days and $275 at 90 days
• Schedule:
  
  2nd Shift;
  Sunday‑Saturday, 4 days a week (4:45 pm‑3:15 am). Pick 2 of the 3 days for additional overtime

Sit‑down forklift.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year related warehouse or powered‑industrial‑truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player, able to work in a diverse environment
• Strong professional relationships with all levels of the organization
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, good attendance
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to use health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule, various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor‑vehicle records check, a road test, and background checks.

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, loading/unloading trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
• Perform additional duties as assigned
