Actalent invites you to join our team as a Hardware Engineer. This role is critical for designing and validating PCB solutions across a range of high‑speed interfaces, ensuring signal integrity, and collaborating cross‑functionally to bring products from concept to production.
Remote FlexibilityRemote flexibility 2‑3 days/week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedarburg, WI.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

Responsibilities- Complete lifecycle PCB schematic capture and layout in Altium Designer.
- Route high‑speed digital signals and memory interfaces including DDR, eMMC, HDMI, USB, Ethernet, and LVDS.
- Design and validate power distribution networks and ensure signal integrity.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and test teams for board bring‑up and verification.
- Generate and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), design documentation, and PCB fabrication packages.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) reviews, and participate in design reviews.
