WhatYou’ll Do
As a Machinist in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands‑on training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC machines.

Starting at $20‑$25/hr based on experience - Experienced trainers
- 2nd Shift Differential (10%) with paid mealtime

- Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus!
- Communicate openly with trainers and managers, actively learning and applying feedback
- Set up and operate precision machines
- Monitor machine operations, ensuring top‑quality results and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
