WhatYou’ll Do
As a Machinist on 2nd Shift in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands‑on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC‑type machines.

Starting at $20–$25/hr based on experience - Experienced trainers
- 2nd Shift Differential – 10% with paid mealtime

- Individuals with prior manufacturing experience or a mechanical background
- Those comfortable with basic measurements and shop math
- People with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Team players who value safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus!
- Communicate openly with trainers and managers, actively learning and applying feedback
- Set up and operate precision machines
- Monitor machine operations, ensuring top‑quality results and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
