In this role, you’ll help manufacture high‑quality precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160" long and 36" in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You’ll work in a clean, climate‑controlled, well‑equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail makes a real impact. • Weekly pay:
  Starting at $21–$33/hr depending on experience + 10% shift premium and paid mealtime
• $2,500 Signing Bonus for qualified candidates

• Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes – required
• Mazatrol programming skills are a plus
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
• The ability to independently process precision parts from setup to finish

• Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes
• Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
• Complete short‑run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
