• Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
• You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.

• 2 Saturdays a month, holidays, and rotating shifts; shifts include MWF 4:30a-12:00p and 12:30p-9:30p, and TTS 4:30a-4p. No Sundays.
• Flexible hours with early mornings and evenings; WLB (Work Life Balance).
• Possibly float to various clinics during and after training; training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your home clinic.
• $38-$50/HR compensation.

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required to work in dialysis OR newly graduated RNs may qualify with at least 1 year of LPN experience in a clinical setting (e.g., long-term care, home health, hospital) — this LPN experience can count toward the 1-year RN requirement in the state of Wisconsin.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• You might also have experience in: ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg — helpful but not required.
