Cedar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced full‑time RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia RN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration.
Hours3p - 11p Monday - Friday
RN Supervisor Responsibilities- Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care.
- Assist with treatment and medication administration.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments.
- Investigate all incident reports and follow-up.
- Take on‑call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Long Term Care Experience Preferred.
