General Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This position is within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee; the franchisee is your employer, not McDonald’s USA.
Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with the franchisee leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, reviewing progress, and providing coaching to improve performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail acceptable.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate-owned restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Minimum $62,000/year and up, depending on experience. Monthly bonus potential. Competitive benefits include paid vacation and sick/personal time, education through Archways to Opportunity (High School equivalency, college tuition assistance, ESL), and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
