• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
