Job Description & How to Apply Below

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for an Associate Product Manager with a major corporation in Celebration, FL. 2-3 days per week on-site, remainder remote.

Team Description

The Commerce Product team owns the shopping experience on the Cruise Line website, from the way Guests Client and browse sailings to the offers and pricing that help them decide to book. The team works across the shopping space, including the cruise listing, special offers, itinerary and ship launches, and the content that supports them. As a Product Manager on this team, you will turn business goals and Guest pain points into clear priorities, requirements, and delivered products.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics, Legal, Design, Engineering, and content teams, and you will lead the conversations that keep those partners aligned. This is a role for someone who is curious, analytical, organized, and energized by making things better for Guests and for the teams who build the experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for your areas of the shopping experience, including the cruise listing and special offers, and keep them tied to business outcomes.
  • Support discovery and requirements definition: write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that engineering, content, and QA teams can build and test against.
  • Drive partner discussions with Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and operations teams to set scope, timelines, and tradeoffs, and to resolve conflicts early.
  • Manage special offers and promotions end to end, from intake and business rules through content build, legal review, launch, and expiration.
  • Support itinerary and ship launches by coordinating content readiness, pricing, and release timing across teams and systems.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to keep content accurate and reusable.
  • Coordinate localization and translation needs, including international and French-language experiences, and track readiness across languages.
  • Analyze booking, traffic, and Guest behavior data to measure results, test ideas, and inform prioritization and recommendations.
  • Manage work in Jira across the software development lifecycle, including defects, releases, and testing, and communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to leaders and partners.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, content management, or a related digital role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and Guest needs into clear written requirements, user stories, or product documentation.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and business partners.
  • Comfort leading partner conversations: able to facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, and drive decisions.
  • Comfort working with data: able to pull, interpret, and communicate insights from analytics, dashboards, or performance reports.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, publishing workflows, or digital content operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, entertainment, or other guest-facing digital businesses, ideally with shopping, offers, pricing, or promotions.
  • Experience with a CMS platform such as Adobe Experience Manager, RWS Tridion, Sitecore, Contentful, or similar.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics or testing tools (for example Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or A/B testing platforms).
  • Experience supporting localization or translation workflows, including multilingual content processes.
  • Knowledge of agile product development practices: sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and acceptance testing, preferably in Jira.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools that improve content, analysis, or team productivity.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in Product Management, Digital Experience, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
