Job Description

EXP is looking for a Senior Bridge Inspector based out of our location in Celebration, FL. At EXP, we’re driven to provide innovative solutions for the world’s built and natural environments. • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, making and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests, and is responsible for coordinating and managing lower-level inspectors.
• Able to read and interpret complex plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Word, and FDOT Sites.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction inspection, two (2) years of which in bridge construction inspection.
• Able to read and interpret complex plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Word, and FDOT Sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clear motor vehicle report.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work a shift schedule and/or flexible schedule as required to support the workload.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment.
• CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level 1.
• CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 2 (Bridges).
• Proficient with Smart Pile technology.
• Experience with Pile Driving.
