Location: Throughout Orange, Seminole & Osceola County |
Rates starting at $45 per visit | Per Diem/ Flexible

Accord Care Home Health is seeking skilled Per Diem Field RNs to support our Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care patients. If you have current OASIS experience and a commitment to quality care, we'd love to have you on our winning team!

• Deliver safe, high-quality care based on individualized Plans of Care
• Communicate promptly with the team regarding patient status and changes
• Provide skilled nursing (e.g., wound care, infusion, catheter care, medication administration)
• Partner with Nurse Supervisor/Manager of Clinical Practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Show empathy, professionalism, and excellent follow-through with patients and families

• Current RN license in Florida
• Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care experience required
• Current OASIS experience required
• Strong wound care skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Well Sky/Kinnser/Alaya Care is a plus
