Health Center located in Celebration, FL.

• Shift A: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Shift B: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Weekend Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (required every 9 weeks)
• Must be available to work at least one major holiday
• Prior experience in primary care is preferred

• Provide direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice.
• Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observing reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.
