Advent Health Palm Parkway (Off Site) Emergency Department

Located just minutes from Walt Disney World® and Orlando’s world‑famous attractions, Advent Health Palm Parkway Emergency Department is where world‑class emergency care meets the heart of hospitality. As an extension of our Magnet Designated Advent Health Celebration Main Campus, we bring advanced, compassionate care closer to the communities of Orange and Osceola Counties.

Our state‑of‑the‑art, 18,000‑square‑foot facility is open 24/7 with 24 private rooms, a dedicated urgent care track for non‑emergent cases, and an on‑site lab for fast results. We also offer pediatric‑specific care, a 24‑hour observation unit, and seamless transfer capabilities for patients needing specialized treatment.

Palm Parkway also has a resuscitation room where we provide care to our most critically ill patients. Our team is composed of a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including providers, nurses, techs, lab techs, respiratory therapists, imaging techs, security personnel, and patient financial advocates.

Team members at Palm Parkway enjoy being part of an award‑winning department, recognized with the ENA Lantern Award for excellence in innovation, patient safety, and quality care. As part of the Advent Health Celebration network, our nurses and team members may float to other Celebration Emergency Department locations, including our Main Campus and two freestanding EDs, providing opportunities to learn, grow, and connect across our system.

Full Time Nights 3/12s, 6:45pm – 7:15am Weekend Rotation Required

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
