Job Description:$15k Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Bonus available for eligible candidates
Sign-on Eligibility:- Applicable experience required.
- Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.
- Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.
Full Tim e Monday through Friday, typically 8-5, though hours may vary to allow for connections with night shift. It is on site, either on the Celebration campus, or 2 days a week at Creation Village school
Unit Highlights:The 11-bed Advent Health Celebration Pediatric Emergency Department is the only Pediatric Emergency Department in Osceola County.
Includes an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours

Job Description:Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies.
Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.
Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans. Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Emergency Nursing (ENA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:$28.92 - $53.80
